One of the oldest and most famous restaurants in Ouranoupolis is visually and gastronomically transformed into a space of identity.
Part of this aspect is the executive chef AkisStefanidis, who has created a special sea food menu. The traditional «lemonato» fish, that monks in Mount Athos use to cook, is enriched with special local tastes, consisting a unique proposal with origin from Asia Minor.
