The mussels feast

As you watch the fishing boats leave for the “good fish” and the orkyni harvest, the head chef of KOUZINA Dina Nikolaou and the executive chef of the resort Tassos Paraskevaidis prepare a fish menu, using fresh raw material, Ierissos artichokes, yellow pumpkins and of course orkyni – the gastronomic brand of Ierissos.
