The head chef of KOUZINA Dina Nikolaou visits Ammouliani on the border of Mount Athos.
She meets the local housewives and collects with them herbs from the green Athonite hills, fruits from the fruit trees of the island and the flowering bushes, local produce from the fertile gardens and then they knead bread and dough for homemade pies.
