Chef Dina Nikolaou presents the weekly section of Mount Athos Area KOUZINA 2015, entitled “The Monastic Cuisine”. 20 French travel agents will taste five dishes of an excellent menu, through which they will “travel” to the byzantine corners of the Mount Athos Area as well as to the holy Mount Athos slopes.
