The feast of the forest

Local, mouth-watering meats from Varvara are cooked on spits and grills, under the shade of the oak grove of Agia Paraskevi. Chef Dimitris Polyzos will prepare a culinary feast reminiscent of ancient Greek symposia and highlighting local organic products: honey, cheese, yoghurt, mushrooms and doughs! Enjoy!
