The feast of Mediterranean olive oil

Chefs Dina Nikolaou and Ilias Gkotsis prepared a menu based on “oil and olives from the Mediterranean”, marrying oily flavours of local olive groves with Mediterranean products and influences, to create dishes inspired by the colours of Cypriot cuisine and the aromas of the Mediterranean.
