There, on the balconies of the luxurious resort, he transfers the authentic Nausian gastronomy to Halkidiki, promoting the Macedonian flavors, based on yesterday’s homemade recipes that compose today’s and tomorrow’s gastronomic and, by extension, Macedonian gastronomy.
