Inspired by the culinary heritage of Naousa and by the Pontiac customs that can still be found at the villages around the city, the executive chef of “Restaurant HARAMA” Stefanos Lafaras is moved from Arkochori of Imathia to the Eagles Palace Hotel!
There, on the balconies of the luxurious resort, he transfers the authentic Nausian gastronomy to Halkidiki, promoting the Macedonian flavors, based on yesterday’s homemade recipes that compose today’s and tomorrow’s gastronomic and, by extension, Macedonian gastronomy.
