In 1955, grandfather Vassilis Trikaliotis began his professional involvement with beekeeping by purchasing the first coffin hives. His passion and love for beekeeping led him to create one of the largest beekeeping «flocks» in Greece.

In 1963, the germ of beekeeping passed from the grandfather to the son – George. George – even more active and extroverted started the first exports of honey and beekeeping products. He was a pioneer at the national level.

The countless and tireless «fleet» of bees as well as the excellent quality of the honey led in 2023 his grandson Vassilis Trikaliotis, who until then was working as a physiotherapist, to make the most important decision of his life: to come in Arnaia, becoming honey producer, perpetuating the family’s 90-year productive heritage.

The creation of a manufacturing room in Arnaia, which meets domestic standards, is a fact. The hardest part and where they paid attention was that the quality of the products remained unchanged over time.
