Valantis Bartzakis with origin from Megali Panagia, following his father Giorgos speciality, became a cheese maker, studying at the Dairy School of Ioannina.
Using milk produced at the family’s livestock unit, he makes his own product, the unique «goat cheese from Halkidiki», combining the authentic taste of the mountainous land that surrounds the space.
It is the place where milk is collected, it is the facilities that exploit tradition in a modern space, it is the family passion, it is the effort that George and Valantis invest, it is the «soul» that these two people «put» on the slopes of Megali Panagia.
Bartzakis goat cheese is one of the best and tastiest white cheeses in the region.
