Fish

Have you ever imagined that farmed fish can be as tasty as the open seas fish?
As much as you don’t believe it, this is something that happens around Olympiada and Strymonikos Gulf, in the peninsula Marmari.

Sea bream and sea bass grow in an extremely pristine marine environment, away from plankton, pollutants or other aggravating elements and harmful cultures. They swim in clear and salty marine waters, which during the winter receive the beneficial rains of the Aristotelian Mountain, which rests on the sea water. They feed on the very rich seabed and underwater flora, around Mount Athos and the slopes of the Aristotelian Mountain, in a natura area, reminiscent of a Caribbean landscape.

In the farm, there is a place for welcoming and hosting visitors, who gain the experience, fishing and enjoying fish meals, in the sea, between three sacred mountains: Mount Pangeo, Mount Athos and the Aristotelian Mountain. They have followed the “Aristotle’s sea steps” from Olympiada to Marmari, discovering an untouched natural world, which they could never have imagined existed in Eastern Halkidiki.

Live the experience yourself and ask everywhere for the famous “Olympia bream”. You will find it in all local hotels and in many fish restaurants in the area!
