ELARISTO was born from our love for the land of Greece, the olive trees, and the timeless heritage of our homeland. Its name is inspired by the olive tree, the enduring symbol of Greece, and by Aristotle, the Greek philosopher and scientist.

Our extra virgin olive oil comes from our family olive grove, where every olive tree is cared for with dedication, knowledge, and respect for nature. Every stage of production and bottling is carried out with great care to preserve the natural character of the fruit and the quality of the olive oil.

To us, olive oil is more than just a product. It is an essential part of our everyday life and our family tradition. That is why we offer the very same extra virgin olive oil that we use at our own family table, with the same care and confidence with which we share it with our family and friends.
