The Mediterranean KOUZINA | Albania | The Albanian Macaroni and the Ierissos spaghetti

A spaghetti from Albania, by famous Albanian chef Sokol Prenga, who belongs to the national gastronomy network of the neighboring Mediterranean country.

Handmade. Dough and recipe comes from the Albanian great-grandmothers!
Served in many versions at the wonderful INCENDO of Ierissos, located on the unique beach, with the view in Mount Athos and the Aristotelian Mountain.
