Today the KOUZINA feast returns to the selected local fish restaurants and honors their food.
One of them is the Molos of Allure SeaSide in Ierissos.
The Greek visiting chef Yiannis Katsanonis and Theologis Kampouris prepare a menu of fresh seafood meze and insist on inviting.
