Italian monks welcome summer, speaking about Monk Epiphanios.
They have come from the neighbouring country on the initiative of the Greek-Italian Chamber.
Chef Irene Sdoukou from Xenia Ouranoupolis and the guest chef Yorgos Palisidis and Pasqualle Lempo, in cooperation with monks from Milopotamos, present monastic techniques which they combine with the famous wines of Milopotamos.
