Chef Lefteris Athanasopoulos and Panagyiotis Xanthis launche the activities of KOUZINA 2019 in Holomontas – more specifically at «restaurant Apolymeni Petra» – where they collect wild mushrooms and create dishes of ancient Greek inspiration with a «mushroom» theme.
