The feast of the honey, of the bread and of the dough

A lesson of traditional pastry, based on the honey production of Arnea. The course will evolve into a demonstration of cooking techniques and will culminate in a celebration of the children, who will sing and dance, reviving the tradition. At the same time, members of the ERGANI Women’s Association of Episkopi, Heraklion, Crete (Chersonesos Municipality) will present Cretan desserts, made by Arnea honey! Traditional pies and the opening of trachana «filo» are expected to impress!
