The feast of eastern spicy flavours

Traditional cooking lesson, entitled “Constantinople Dolma, Dolma from Asia Minor”, where housewives from Ammouliani prepare the famous dolma (stuffed vine leaves) from Constantinople and from Proikonisos and teach how to make them.
