Dances of the Vlachs and the Sarakatsans, coming from the nearby region of Serres – being held in a stone square (of Varvara) in the heart of the Aristotelian Mountain!

We join them in the Varvara Square – so in tune with nature, architectural environment and human mood!

We taste the legendary “Serraika Souvlakia”, which are grilling together with our “own” “Varvara Black Pig Sausages”, sizzling and musking the skies of the village!
