A route between the Atlantic Ocean and the Mediterranean Sea

May 23 @ 8:00 pm

A pinxto (pronounced pin-cho) is a small and delicious snack, similar to Spanish tapas, enjoyed as an appetizer – with drinks – before dinner in the Basque Country. Its history is particularly linked to San Sebastian, Bilbao and other cities in the Basque Country.

In fact, “pinxto” is a Basque word that literally means a skewer, which pays homage to the fact that pinxtos are often, though not always, served on a skewer.

Today, the Basque visiting chef visits Kentrikon Fresh and creates pinxtos opposite the Athonite peak, offering them with a variety of Athonite wines.

Hurry!

Book a seat and enjoy the flavors of the Atlantic in the holiness of Athos, the sweetness of the Aegean and the calm of the Mediterranean!
